Through three different businesses, Gig Harbor French Connection offers authentic French experiences such as cooking parties, cooking classes, perfect cheese and charcuterie boards, and delicious macarons.

Gig Harbor French Connection story began with Huguette, Jenn and Emy shared passion for bringing French Joie de Vivre to their clients.

French Moods of Olalla (read Oh la la!) was created by Huguette Marsicano  who is a gastronome and international event and lifestyle consultant, with an extended experience in her native Provence region.

Basil and Brie Charcuterie was launched in the Fall of 2020 by owner Jennifer Anderson, fueled by the passion for entertaining and feeding others. Jennifer is a long-time resident of Gig Harbor, Washington. She is a wife, mother of two teens & ​a dog mom to one fabulous pup.

Emy Ray Bakes's macarons are the results of a true labor of love and perseverance. Emy developed her very own macaron recipe. She puts all her love into every macaron she makes and loves bringing happiness to others through baking.

Basil & Brie, Emy Ray Bakes and French Moods are all proud members of the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce.
